Pick a colour one step deeper than your natural lip tone. Rose and soft brown suit almost everyone in daylight.

Matte or sheer

Matte lasts longer and suits long days. A sheer balm is kinder in dry weather and easy to apply without a mirror.

Make it last

Blot once with a tissue, then add a second thin layer. Two thin coats always outlast one thick one.
